On 2 July 2025, we were pleased to welcome Chatteris to host the ‘Read and Play’ programme for S.2 Groups 6 and 7 students. The programme aimed to enhance their reading and speaking skills.
Students worked in small groups to interactively read a short story about a Korean girl band with the volunteers. The story encouraged them to explore moral values, particularly teamwork, while expanding their vocabulary. Afterwards, students participated in discussions and shared their thoughts on the characters and the story.
The programme provided an enjoyable and engaging environment for students to learn English and fostered their interest in the language. Most students actively participated in the activities and spent a productive and delightful morning!
