Sing Tao Inter-School Debating Competition is co-organised by Sing Tao Daily, The Standard and the Education Bureau, sponsored by Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) and BIEL Crystal (HK) Manufactory Limited. This was the first time when our School’s English Debate Team joined the First Preliminary of English Section of this renowned competition, which shows their willingness to embrace challenges and set higher goals for their growth. Thanks to the devoted coaches to arrange intensive training and support, our students performed well and advanced to Second Preliminary which will be held in early December. We hope that the participants will further develop their debating, analytical, and organisational skills, as well as enhancing their critical thinking throughout the learning processes.
